Our approach

We installed a Mitsubishi Ecodan 14kW Air Source Heat Pump, 400L hot water cylinder and 12 panel (4.8 kWp) Solar PV array a MyEnergi Zappi EV charger and an EDDI diverter to cover the heating and hot water loads of this property.

The results

The Solar array makes a considerable difference to the running costs of the property and when coupled with the EV charger and EDDI diverter, any excess solar power is diverted back into either charging the vehicle or heating the hot water (via immersion). The system works well with a Google Nest smart thermostat and the integrated Mitsubishi FTC controller.
